We are pleased to announce that Resolve has received its SOC 2 Type I certification.
In just 12 months after launch, building owners around the world are using Resolve on over $5B in new construction assets to ensure operations teams provide critical feedback before construction. We are committed to making sure our VR software's security is designed to meet the needs of projects like data centers, water treatment plants, energy facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, and other projects with complex, sensitive BIM data.
SOC stands for System and Organization Controls and is a standard established by the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA). SOC 2 is a thorough external audit to help ensure that the services Resolve provides meet a high standard of security requirements.
As of today the SOC 2 Type 1 Report for Resolve is complete and available for customers. The SOC 2 report includes a description of Resolve’s trust services and controls as well as an independent auditor’s opinion of Resolve’s system design.
The issuance of Resolve's SOC 2 Type I report demonstrates our commitment to maturing our security program and best practices. Resolve is the industry leader in handling complex BIM projects on easy to use VR devices like the Oculus Quest. We will continue to lead the way in developing enterprise-grade virtual reality solutions by example and build security practices that are rigorous, repeatable, and auditable.
